Victoria Deprez is an associate of The Menopause Dietitian, bringing with her over 20 years of expertise in women’s health and digestive issues. Specialising in gastroenterology and working as part of renowned gastro teams within the NHS and private practice, Victoria has a wealth of knowledge and experience. The menopausal transition adds another dimension to our digestive health and an awareness of this in conjunction with specialist training on issues affecting the gut is key.

Dr Samantha Brown is a GP and Menopause Specialist providing menopause appointments virtually and in person at The Bronte Clinic, a Women’s Health Clinic in Chelsea, which she founded in 2021.
She is a member of The British Menopause Society (BMS), The International Menopause Society and holds the Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care.
Dr Sarah Schofield and Dr Sarah Morgan-Jones are highly respected doctors, each with over 16 years experience in general practice. They are passionate about improving education about the perimenopause and menopause and providing up to date evidence based information. They understand the importance of taking a holistic approach to this period of your life and will take time to listen to you and discuss your symptoms and concerns.
Dr Katie Barber has worked as a GP in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire for more than 15 years. During her GP training she developed a particular interest in Women’s Health and has worked in the department of Gynaecology at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford and as Clinical Lead for the NHS Menopause Service before moving across to the NHS Community Gynaecology Service in Oxfordshire where she has been the Clinical Lead since March 2021. In October 2020, Dr Barber established Oxford Menopause, a private Menopause service providing high-quality expert advice and management by British Menopause Society Accredited Menopause Specialists.
Claire has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for 25 years in Australia and the UK. She has worked in the NHS, University of Bristol and in the private sector. Her current and previous clientele include women of all ages and levels of physical ability. Claire has a particular interest in Women’s Health and Wellbeing and frequently supports women wanting to achieve their health and fitness goals through their mid-life and perimenopause.

Nicola MacDonald is an accredited Mindfulness coach and owner of Bath Mindfulness. Having experienced bullying, parental divorce and schoolwork anxiety as a teen, Nicola published the nonfiction book Resilient Teen last year to help teens with stress, anxiety, anger, and low self-esteem. Nicola runs mindful resilience courses for young people in the woods and at schools.
Emmeline Stevens is more than a Personal Stylist. She has a unique ability to explore the meaning of our clothes and the power they hold to reshape our thoughts around body confidence and body image. She enables those she works with to see their wardrobe with fresh eyes and a fresh approach filled with self-love and confidence.
Emmeline is also the founder of The Image Consulting Company – a consultancy which trains other stylists to do their thing, so she’s proper top drawer. Emmeline tailors her sessions to the individual and will have a good chat with you first to find out what you’d benefit from.
Emma helps busy women declutter and organise their homes to give calm and structure to their surroundings. A tidy space truly is a tidy mind and can make a big difference to our emotional and mental health.
